摘要
从样品的代表性及代表性煤质数据的确定等方面探讨了现代煤化工设计煤种的确定及其存在的问题,剖析了校核煤种的确定及其存在的问题,从矿区煤质研究的应用意义、煤质内在关系的研究意义及校核煤种确定的优化等方面阐述设计煤种和校核煤种确定的优化对策,通过分析矿区不同位置各种煤质指标的变化可获得矿区煤质变化的总体幅度及提出合理的校核煤种数据,建议尽早制定《现代煤化工项目建设设计煤种与校核煤种确定》的相关标准与规范,改进以检测数据为主来确定设计煤种的常规方法。
The determination of design coal types in modern coal chemical industry and the existing problems were discussed from the representativeness of samples and the determination of representative coal quality data,the determination of check coal types and the existing problems were analyzed too.The optimization countermeasures for design coal types and check coal types were expounded from the significance of the application on coal quality research in mining area,research significance of internal relations of coal and optimization of check coal types.The overall range of coal quality changes in the mining area was obtained and reasonable coal check data were provided by analyzing the changes of various coal quality indexes at different positions in the mining area,and the relevant standards and norms of "Determination on design and check coal type in modern coal chemical project construction"should be formulated as early as possible,in order to improve the conventional method which determinate design coal type mainly based on detection data.
