新疆西黑山露天矿煤质特征浅析

根据西黑山露天矿9个煤层的相关勘探资料、46个钻孔取样煤样的分析数据及周边矿区煤质资料,重点分析了西黑山露天矿的主要煤质特征,并对其煤灰黏温特性、煤的结渣性及热稳定性、煤的可磨性及抗碎强度、煤对CO_2化学反应性、煤的格金低温干馏特性、煤中微量及有害元素进行探讨,指出西黑山露天矿煤属于不黏煤,具有低灰、特低硫、低磷、低氯、低氟、特低砷、特低汞、中高挥发分、中高发热量等特征,其为较好的动力、气化及化工用煤。

According to the related exploration data of 9 coal seams of Xiheishan opencast mine,and coal sample analysis of 46 drill holes and coal quality data in the surrounding area,the main coal quality characteristics of Xiheishan opencast mine were analyzed,and the viscosity temperature characteristics of coal ash,slagging and thermal stability of coal,Grindability and crushing strength of coal,chemical reactivity of coal to CO2,Gray-king assay of coal,trace element in coal,and harmful elements in coal were discussed,it was indicated that the coal from Xiheishan opencast mine belongs to non-coking coal,it is the low-ash,ultra-low sulfur,low-phosphorus,low-chlorine,low-fluorine,ultra low-arsenic,ultra-low-mercury,medium-high volatile,medium-high calorific coal,it is the relatively good power coal,gasification coal and chemical engineering coal.
