摘要
为方便处理煤质检测中产生的大量煤标准物质数据,采用汇总表法以判断评审每台设备的d值是否超出标准煤样标准值的不确定范围,并采用曲线法对每台设备的一张或多张曲线图进行分析,可直观反应设备的运行情况、指导检测工作、及时发现质量控制方面的问题、识别系统误差和偶然误差及提供快速反应机制。
In order to deal with the large amount of coal standard material data generated from coal quality tests,the evaluation table method was used to judge whether d value of each equipment is beyond the uncertain region of coal sample standard value,the curve method was adopted to analyze one or many curve pictures for each equipment,the operating circumstances could be reflected directly,testing work could be guided,the quality control problems could be discovered,the systematic error and accidental error could be recognized,the rapid response mechanism could be provided.
