燃煤发电企业燃料全过程智能化管理建设

Intelligent management construction study on fuel coal power generation enterprises in fuel whole process

结合宁夏京能宁东发电有限责任公司燃料智能化管理建设实践,介绍了燃煤发电企业燃料全过程管控系统的总体结构、应用功能及应用效果,从验收现场监管子系统、煤场动态管控子系统、燃料指标管理子系统、二次费用管理子系统、GPM通用权限管理子系统等方面详述了燃料全过程管控系统的应用功能,指出燃料全过程管控系统在燃料入厂、计量、采样、煤场管理等关键环节可实现智能化自动化作业,实现燃料管理数据真实、准确、及时,并推动燃煤发电企业的工作制度化、流程规范化、管理信息化及提高其工作效率。

Combining with intelligent management construction of fuel in the Ningxia Jingneng Ningdong power generation Corporation Ltd.,this paper introduced the overall structure,application function and application effect of coal-fired power generation enterprise fuel whole process management system,from aspects such as acceptance site supervision subsystem,coal yard dynamic management and control subsystem,fuel index management subsystem,secondary expense management subsystem,GPM universal rights management subsystem,the application function of the entire process of fuel management and control system were analyzed,it was indicated that this system could realize the intelligent automated operations as key stages like fuel input,metering,sampling,coal yard management,the true,accurate and timely management data could be realized,the work systemization,process standardization,management informationization and efficiency improvement could be promoted for coal-fired power generation companies.
