摘要
结合GB/T 213—2008要求开展热量计的性能试验研究,通过开展热容量精密度、有效工作范围及发热量的准确度的相关实验工作,得到某热量计测定发热量的有效范围及测量准确度。试验结果表明:该热量计的5次热容量标定结果相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.07%,其热容量值在7 879J/K~7 941J/K范围内存在系统性变化,线性回归方程的相对标准偏差为0.14%,精密度满足GB/T 213要求;测量高、中、低3种不同发热量的有证煤炭标准物质,热量计的精密度和正确度均满足国标要求。
According to GB/T 213-2008,performance test is carried out in a calorimeter,by carrying out experiments for capacity precision,effective working range and calorific value accuracy,the effective range of calorimeter and measurements accuracy were obtained.The test results showed that:the RSD of 5 times of calibration results of thermal capacity was 0.07%,the thermal capacity values were changed systematically in the range of 7 879 J/K~7 941 J/K,the RSD of linear regression equation was 0.14%,the precision could meet the requirements of GB/T 213;for certificated standard coal with high,medium and low calorific value,the precision and accuracy could all meet the requirements of national standard.
