摘要
针对金佳矿选煤厂浮选系统无法实现在有效开机时间内完全回收精煤泥的现状,结合大量的现场试验和数据分析其主要原因,并探讨了更改离心机入料方式或更换入料泵、增设精煤高压快开式压滤机、精煤磁选尾矿分选工艺改造、浮选添加药剂方式等相应措施,可使其原煤处理量提升至500t/h,大幅缩短开机时间并降低电耗和设备磨损,尾煤泥平均灰分由45.38%提高至55.00%以上,有效提高了浮选精煤的产率。
Regarding to problems that the clean coal slime could not be recovered in effective opening time of floating preparation system in the Jinjia coal mine coal preparation plant,combining with the field test and data analysis,the main causes could be analyzed,and the measurements such as change of centrifuge feeding method,or feed pump replacement,or clean coal high pressure quick opening filter press set up,sorting process transformation of clean coal magnetic separation tailings,flotation pharmacy addition were discussed,the raw coal dealing amount could be increased to 500 t/h,the opening time could be reduced dramatically,as well as the equipment wear,the average ash of tail coal slime could be increased from 45.38%to 55.00%,the flotation clean coal yield could be increased effectively.
