教育信息化背景下高校学生学业预警实践研究

College Students' academic warning in educational informatization background

随着信息化时代的到来,信息技术给高等教育管理带来了全新的理念和便捷的方法。因而,利用信息技术对学生进行学业预警便应运而生。文章以西藏民族大学学业预警为例,介绍了其预警内容及流程,并提出应将学业预警制度化、促进各相关部门和学院合作、建立预警取消和退出机制、加强对学业困难学生的督促和帮扶力度、不断更新技术手段,才能更加高效地实施学业预警,最终达到加强学风建设、帮助学生顺利完成学业、提高教学质量的目的。

With the advent of the information age,information technology has brought higher education management new concepts and more convenient methods.As a result,academic warning to students with the help of information technology has appeared.Taking the academic warning of our university for an example,this paper describes the content and process of academic warning.It also points out that academic warning should be institutionalized,cooperation between relevant departments and colleges should be promoted,the system of academic warning cancellation and withdrawal should be established,supervision and assistance to students with difficulties in study should be strengthened,and technical means should be updated constantly so that we can implement the academic warning more effectively and eventually achieve the goals of strengthening learning disciplines,helping students complete their studies successfully and improving teaching quality.
