Seminar教学法结合微信平台在临床麻醉学教学中的作用探究

Application and exploration of seminar-based teaching method combined with WeChat platform in teaching of clinical anesthesiology

目的探讨Seminar教学法结合微信平台在麻醉学专业学位研究生临床带教中的作用。方法将中国医科大学2014—2015级麻醉学专业学位研究生30名,随机分为对照组(传统教学模式)及实验组(Seminar教学模式结合微信平台),对比两组学生的学习效果。结果对照组及实验组学生记忆类题目得分无统计学差异(P>0.05);实验组学生笔试部分的理解类题目、分析类题目得分以及总得分,以及临床技能操作成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);且问卷调查结果,实验组10个方面评价指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与传统带教模式相比,Seminar教学法结合微信平台在麻醉学专业学位研究生培养中更具优势。

Objective To evaluate the role of seminar-based method combined with WeChat platform in teaching postgraduate students pursuing anesthesiology professional degree.Methods We randomly divided 30 Grade 2014 and 2015 postgraduate students pursuing anesthesiology professional degree at China Medical University into control group and experimental group.Control group was taught with the traditional method,while experimental group received seminar-based teaching method combined with WeChat platform.At the end of the semester,we compared the two groups of students＇ learning effects.Results The scores of test items involving memory did not significantly differ between control group and experimental group（P0.05）.Experimental group significantly outperformed control group in the scores of comprehension-based questions and analysis questions,the total score,and clinical skills operation examination（P0.01）.The questionnaire survey showed that 10 evaluation indicators were better in experimental group than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Seminar-based teaching method combined with WeChat platform applied in graduate education of anesthesiology professional degree is more advantageous than the traditional teaching method.
