UE视频喉镜和普通喉镜在本科临床专业气管插管教学中的比较研究

Comparison of UE video and direct laryngoscope used in tracheal intubation teaching for undergraduate clinical medicine

应用可视喉镜进行气管插管在国内大型医院已成为常规,实习医师和规培医师应用普通喉镜进行气管插管的机会越来越少。为了评价可视喉镜插管教学能否取代普通喉镜气管插管教学,我们比较了UE视频喉镜和普通喉镜在本科临床专业学生气管插管教学中的作用,结果表明UE视频喉镜气管插管教学不能代替普通喉镜气管插管教学,学生熟练掌握普通喉镜气管插管后学习UE视频喉镜很容易。

Application of video laryngoscope in tracheal intubation at large hospitals in China has become a conventional practice nowadays.Student interns and trainee physicians have fewer opportunities to learn how to use direct laryngoscope in tracheal intubation than before.To evaluate whether video laryngoscope can replace direct laryngoscope in tracheal intubation teaching,we compared the teaching efficiency of UE video laryngoscope and direct laryngoscope used in tracheal intubation teaching for undergraduate clinical medicine.The results showed that direct laryngoscope used in tracheal intubation teaching cannot be replaced by UE video laryngoscope.It is easy for those students who have mastered tracheal intubation with direct laryngoscope to master tracheal intubation with UE video laryngoscope.
