Study on The Protection of Citizen' Archives Information Rights

信息技术的飞速发展对信息安全带来极大的风险,警醒人们开始注重对信息权益的保护。档案作为一种重要的信息资源,对档案信息权进行研究是保障公民信息权益的重要方面。通过界定公民档案信息权,分析档案信息权在我国档案工作中的实现现状,指出我国档案信息权实现中存在的侵权行为,并从法律、制度、技术等方面为更好地保护档案信息权提供一些建议。

The rapid development of information technology brings great risks to information security, alerting people to pay attention to the protection of information rights. Research on the right of archival information is an important aspect of protecting citizen＇s information rights because archives are an important information resource. By defining the right of archival information and analyzing the status of archival information rights in China＇s archives, the article points out the infringement behaviors and provides some suggestions for the protection of the rights of archival information from legal, institutional and technical aspects.Key Words： the rights of archival information Status quo Methods of protection
