摘要
智能刮板输送机的问世提升了综采设备的综合性能和自我调控能力,推进了矿井自动化、智能化的发展。结合生产应用情况,本文从运行策略、能耗、行程、材料成本四个方面对智能刮板输送机运行经济性进行了分析,指出了其经济运行中存在的功率余量问题;提出了解决智能刮板输送机功率余量的问题思路,即根据刮板输送机特殊的负载特性和使用要求,通过降低刮板输送机减速器速比,可以显著提高刮板输送机运行时的有效运行功率,达到功率使用输出最优化,这对最终完成质量稳定、功能全面、性能可靠的新型刮板输送机驱动部智能控制系统的研究开发,推进采煤成套设备的自动化、智能化技术的快速发展具有重要意义。
With the advent of intelligent scraper conveyor, the comprehensive performance and self regulation ability of fully mechanized coal mining equipment are promoted. According to the production application, this paper analyzed the economic operation of the intelligent conveyor from four aspects, that is operation strategy, energy consumption, material cost, schedule, points out the problems existing in the power balance in the economy; put forward ideas to solve the problem of intelligent power margin of scraper conveyor, which based on the load characteristic and use requirements, by reducing the ratio of scraper conveyor speed, can significantly improve the effective operation of the power operation of the scraper conveyor, to achieve optimization output power, has great significance to achieve intelligent control system research for the scraper conveyor, which has drive stable quality, complete function, reliable performance, it will promote the rapid development of automation technology in coal mining the equipment.
