摘要
城镇化建设的飞速发展,城市人口数量的不断膨胀,使得多层住宅建筑越来越成为居民住宅的主要建筑形式。同时在现代城市规划与建设中,多层住宅在实现土地最大限度有效利用方面具有无与伦比的优势。但是不可否认的一点是,现阶段虽然多层住宅成为城市住宅最为理想的建筑形式,却仍然有大量的质量问题暴露出来。论文就当前引发住宅施工质量问题的原因以及主要问题进行了分析,并探究了多层住宅施工质量管理控制的具体措施,旨在为业内人士提供一定的参考,进一步提高多层住宅的质量,改善人们的居住环境。
The rapid development of urbanization and the continuous expansion of the urban population have made multi-storey residential buildings increasingly become the main form of residential residences. At the same time, in modern urban planning and construction, multi-storey dwellings have unparalleled advantages in maximizing the effective use of land. However, it is undeniable that at this stage, although multi-storey housing has become the most ideal form of urban housing, there are still a lot of quality problems exposed.The paper analyzes the causes and main problems of the current quality problems of residential construction, and explores specific measures, aiming to provide certain reference for the industry and further improve the quality of multi-storey residential buildings and people's living environment.
