The rapid development of urbanization and the continuous expansion of the urban population have made multi-storey residential buildings increasingly become the main form of residential residences. At the same time, in modern urban planning and construction, multi-storey dwellings have unparalleled advantages in maximizing the effective use of land. However, it is undeniable that at this stage, although multi-storey housing has become the most ideal form of urban housing, there are still a lot of quality problems exposed.The paper analyzes the causes and main problems of the current quality problems of residential construction, and explores specific measures, aiming to provide certain reference for the industry and further improve the quality of multi-storey residential buildings and people＇s living environment.
