Research on the Construction of Guangxi Soil Environmental Management System Platform Based on GIS

从广西土壤环境管理业务需求出发,研究基于GIS的广西土壤环境管理系统平台的设计开发和整体功能。该系统建设内容包括土壤环境基础数据库、业务管理、决策分析、信息公开和系统对接。在广西已有信息化建设的基础上,对土壤环境管理进行信息化应用建设,实现相应的业务数据统计分析及相关系统对接。最终实现土壤环境数据归集化、共享化,业务管理信息化、科学化,内部管理无纸化、人性化。

Based on soil environmental management demands in Guangxi, the design, development and overall functions of Guangxi soil environmental management system platform based on GIS were investigated. The construction of the system included basic database of soil environment, environmental management, decision analysis, information disclosure and system docking. Based on the achievements of Guangxi environmental information construction, the information application and construction of soil environmental management was carried out, and the corresponding statistics and analysis of business data and the docking of relevant systems were realized. Finally, the soil environmental data was collected and shared, business management was informationized and scientific, and internal management was paperless and humanized.
