摘要
本文通过对普通高校研究生生源状况分析,提出普通高校应根据生源特点合理设计课程体系,明确培养定位;实践表明在研究生培养过程中因材施教,提高科研实践参与度,对提高研究生培养质量具有十分重要的意义。
This paper analyzes postgraduates resources in common universities, puts forward suggestions for designing course education system and training mode according to the character-istics of students. It shows that educating according to their aptitude and improving scientific research practice is significant in the process of postgraduate education.
