显微维氏硬度块测量不确定度评定

Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty of Micro-Vickers Hardness Tester

基于美标ASTM E384-2016的试验方法,结合JJG148-2006《标准金属维氏硬度块》国家计量检定规程,给出了显微维氏标准硬度块测量不确定度评定的一种方法。以标准块V0405-010(标准值为759HV0.3)为例,按规程的测量条件和方法,对其测量不确定度进行了系统的评定。

Based on the American standard ASTM E384-2016 and JJG148-2006 ＂Vickers Hardness Reference Blocks＂, it is given a method to calculate the uncertainty of measurement in blocks of micro-indentation hardness. There is description to explain how to calculate the uncertainty of measurement by the V0405-010 block（the standard value is 759 HV0.3）.
