摘要
工程管理专业实践性较强,然而当前实践教学方面却存在诸多不足。基于应用型人才培养的目标和卓越工程师培养计划要求,建立了包含专业知识学习、观摩学习、社会实践和综合能力培养四个层面的实践教学体系,并对实践教学考核评价体系以及实践教学支撑体系进行了改革和完善。应用实践表明实践教学改革成效显著,改革措施具有参考价值。
Strong practicality is the characteristics of engineering management specialty. However, at present, some deficiency steel exists in practical teaching aspect. Based on the target of practical personnel training and require of ＂excellence program＂, a multi-level practical teaching system contains professional knowledge learning, visiting, social practice and comprehensive ability training is set up.Examination and evaluation system as well as supporting system of practical teaching links are also improved. These reform measures have been used in teaching practice and got notable effect.
