摘要
随着油田进入开采后期,已逐步形成了以化学采油为主体的综合性提高采收率的采油方法,含水率的逐年增加及注水水质的不断恶化,致使传统的石油管道内防腐施工技术,越来越不能满足油田开采后期实际情况的需要。在石油管道建设项目可行性研究和项目评估过程中,以工程经济分析核心内容为决策依据,选择适应油田开采后期管道输送介质的内防腐工艺,以提高投资效益的最大化,最大程度的确保输油和污水管道的安全生产,最大限度的避免环境污染等风险至关重要。
With the oil field entering the late stage of production, a comprehensive oil recovery method with chemical oil recovery as the main body has been gradually formed, and the water cut has increased year by year and the water quality of water injection has been continuously deteriorating. As a result, the traditional anticorrosive construction technology of oil pipeline is more and more unable to meet the needs of the actual situation in the later stage of oil field exploitation, in the process of feasibility study and project evaluation of oil pipeline construction project. Based on the core content of engineering economic analysis, the internal anticorrosion technology suitable for pipeline transportation medium in the later stage of oilfield production is selected to maximize the investment benefit and to ensure the safety of oil pipeline production to the greatest extent. Avoid environmental pollution and other risks to the maximum extent possible.
