摘要
大学生团学组织是提升大学生个人能力、人际交往、促进学生全面发展的重要载体。一方面大学生在这个平台上提高了自己的综合素质,另一方面有同学认为在这个平台上花费很多时间,影响学习成绩。本文通过调查问卷以及实际访谈等方法,对大学生参加团学活动与学业成绩关系进行研究,结果表明:参加团学工作与学生的学习成绩没有明显的相关性,且在参加团学工作的学生中,担任团学干部同学的学习成绩要优于非团学干部同学。
College students' organization is an important carrier to promote students' personal ability, interpersonal communication and students' all-round development. On the one hand, college students improve their comprehensive quality on the platform; on the other hand,some students think they spend too much time on this platform, which affect their academic performance.In this paper, the author study the relationship between academic performance and group learning activities through the methods of questionnaire and actual interviews, the results show that there is no obvious correlation between the Students participate in group work and students' academic performance, and the students who participate in the group study are better than the non-league cadres.
