摘要
让大学生顺利就业,服务社会报效祖国是高职院校人才培养目标所必须直接面对的一个现实问题。随着就业形势的变化,高职学生就业体现出的问题得到了全社会的关注。除了经济发展状况、就业环境等影响高职学生就业的客观因素,高职学生本身的职业生涯规划、择业理念等主观因素也在整个就业过程中起到了关键性的效用,特别是在近两年的"慢就业"问题上。那么,针对就业中发生的问题,学校应从学生的职业生涯规划入手,建立完善的教育体系,坚持四项政治教育主导性,从而帮助学生增强主体意识、提高主体素养、适应社会竞争。
It is a realistic problem that the smooth employment of college students, serving the society and serving the motherland must be directly faced by the goal of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges. With the change in the employment situation, the problems reflected by the employment of higher vocational students have received the attention of the whole society. In addition to the objective factors such as the economic development status and the employment environment that affect the employment of vocational college students,the subjective factors such as career planning and career selection concepts of vocational college students also play a key role in the entire employment process, especiallyin the past two years of "slow employment". Then, for the problems that occur in employment, schools should start from the student's career planning, establish a sound education system, adhere to the four political education dominance, thus helping students to enhance the sense of the subject, improve the quality of the subject, and adapt to social competition.
