基于IPA分析法的镇远古城游客满意度调查

Research on tourist satisfaction of Zhenyuan ancient city based on IPA analysis method

近年来,游客满意度已成为旅游业的热点研究问题,因此受到了众多专家和学者的高度重视。文章以镇远古城为例,从游客的角度出发,对镇远古城旅游业的发展进行研究。运用IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)分析法,分析镇远古城旅游业在发展过程中的优势与劣势,有针对性地解决景区在发展中出现的问题,以提高镇远古城旅游业的发展水平,让游客满意,进而促进镇远古城旅游业在今后更好更快地发展。

In recent years,tourist satisfaction has become a hot topic of tourism research,so by a large number of experts and scholars attach great importance. This article takes Zhenyuan town as an example,from the tourists point of view,the town of Zhenyuan town tourism development research. Using the analysis of IPA（ Importance-Performance Analysis）,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the tourism industry in Zhenyuan town,and resolves the problems in the development of scenic areas in order to improve the tourism development level of Zhenyuan town tourism Tourists satisfaction,and thus promote the town of Zhenyuan tourism in the future better and faster development.
