黔东南州高层次人才队伍建设的现状、问题与建议——以凯里学院为例

Situation,Problems and Suggestions of High-Level Talent Development in Qiandongnan:A Case Study of Kaili University

在当前"双一流"建设背景下,高层次人才队伍建设在地方高校发展中的战略地位日益凸显。本文以近年来黔东南州高层次人才队伍建设为宏观背景,重点对凯里学院高层次人才队伍建设的现状、存在的问题进行梳理,并结合理论研究与实务体会,对新形势下凯里学院高层次人才队伍建设提出政策参考建议。

With the development of＂world-class universities and world-class disciplines＂,the strategic position of high-level talent team construction is increasingly prominent in the development of local colleges and universities. Recent years,based on the construction of high-level talent team in Qiandongnan,this paper focuses on the situation and existing problems of the high-level talent team development of Kaili University. Combining theoretical research and practical experience,the author puts forward the suggestions for the development of high-level talent team in the new situation.
