摘要
近些年,为了缓解高校教师资源紧缺的问题,我国各个高校都纷纷着力引进了大批青年教师。充分挖掘高校青年教师的潜能,调动其工作积极性及创造性是促进高校更好发展的有力保障。建设一支高素质的青年教师队伍关键是构建有效的人才激励机制,因此本文的研究对于建设高素质的青年教师队伍以及促进高校不断发展是具有一定现实意义的。
Currently,many universities in our country have introduce a large number of young teachers to alleviate the shortage of teachers' resources. Fully excavating the potential of young teachers and mobilizing their enthusiasm and creativity is regarded as the most powerful guarantee for the better development of Universities. The key to the construction of a high quality of young teachers is to build an effective talent incentive mechanism. Therefore,the study of this article is of certain practical significance to the construction of young teachers with high quality and the continuous development of universities.
