Application of MR diffusion-weighted imaging in spinal cord lesions

目的研究MR扩散加权成像在脊髓病变中的应用价值。方法随机选取2015年5月至2017年5月我院收治的脊髓病变患者30例及正常体检人员30例,所有患者接受MR扩散加权成像(DWI)检查,对比cDWI与rDWI图像信噪比及变形程度。结果 60例人员rDWI图像信噪比及变形程度均显著优于rDWI(P<0.05)。结论小视野FOV MR扩散加权成像在脊髓病变中的应用价值较常规FOV DWI高,空间分辨率及信噪比更高,变形更小,更能为临床诊断脊髓病变提供有效依据,且具有较为简便的操作,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective： To study the application value of MR diffusion-weighted imaging in spinal cord lesions. Methods： Thirty patients with spinal cord disease admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 and 30 normal physical examination patients were randomly selected. All patients underwent MR diffusion-weighted imaging（ DWI） to compare the signal-to-noise ratio and deformation of cDWI and rDWI images. degree. Results： The signal-to-noise ratio and deformation degree of the rDWI images of 60 patients were significantly better than those of r DWI（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of small-field FOV MR diffusion-weighted imaging in spinal cord lesions is higher than conventional FOV DWI,with higher spatial resolution and signal-to-noise ratio,smaller deformation,and more effective for clinical diagnosis of spinal cord lesions. The operation is worthy of clinical application.
