简化心肺复苏流程在人员集中单位培训中对操作及心肺复苏相关知识掌握程度的影响

The influence of the simplified cardiopulmonary resuscitation process on the knowledge of operation and the knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the training of centralized unit

目的探讨简化心肺复苏流程在人员集中单位培训中对操作及心肺复苏相关知识掌握程度的影响。方法2017年4月至9月由我院急诊科进行心肺复苏培训的单位人员100名,采用随机数字表法将培训对象随机分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=52),观察组给予简化心肺复苏流程培训,对照组给予传统心肺复苏流程培训,对两组培训前、培训后当天以及培训后6个月进行考核。结果观察组和对照组培训后当天考核评分较培训前明显提高(P<0.05)。结论简化心肺复苏流程在人员集中单位培训中,可明显提高人员心肺复苏掌握程度,值得推广使用。

Objective： To investigate the influence of the simplified cardiopulmonary resuscitation process on the knowledge of operation and the knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the training of centralized unit. Methods： From January 2017 to June,100 people who participated in cardiopulmonary resuscitation training in our hospital,the observation group was trained for the simplified cardiopulmonary resuscitation process,the control group was given the training of the traditional cardiopulmonary resuscitation process,the two groups were examined at before training,the day after training and 6 months after the training. Results： In the observation group and the control group,the score of training at the day after training increased significantly compared with that before training（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The simplified cardiopulmonary resuscitation process can obviously improve the mastery degree of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and be worth popularizing.
