行为疗法干预对精神分裂症患者生活质量及社会功能的影响

The influence of be havior therapy intervention on the quality of life and social function of schizophrenics

目的探讨行为疗法干预对精神分裂症患者生活质量及社会功能的影响。方法选取2016年1月—2017年10月于我院就诊的精神分裂症患者110例,采用数字随机法,均分为观察组(n=55)与对照组(n=55),对照组给予常规干预,观察组在此基础上联合行为疗法干预,对比两组患者的生活质与社会功能。结果观察组患者干预后的MRSS评分(22.28±5.62)、SDSS评分(9.36±2.16)均显著低于对照组的MRSS评分(29.53±4.26)、SDSS评分(11.14±2.35),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后的生活质量评分包括躯体功能(46.78±7.62)、心理功能(47.35±7.94)、社会功能(46.81±7.63)、物质功能(47.49±9.25)评分均显著高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行为疗法干预能够有效改善精神分裂症患者的生活质量,提高患者社会功能,有利于患者的康复。

Objective： To explore the effect of behavior therapy intervention on the quality of life and social function of schizophrenic patients. Methods： january 2016—2017 year in october in our hospital 110 cases of schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into observation group,（ n = 55） and control group（ n = 55）,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group based on the combined behavioral therapy intervention,quality of life and social function were compared between the two groups. Results： the patients in the observation group after the intervention of the mrss score（ 22. 28 ± 5. 62）,sdss score（ 9. 36 ± 2. 16） was significantly lower than the control group in the mrss score（ 29. 53 ±4. 26）,sdss score（ 11. 14 ± 2. 35）,with significant differences between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）; patients in the observation group after the intervention,the quality of life including physical function score（ 46. 78 ± 7. 62）,psychological function（ 47. 35 ± 7. 94）,social function（ 46. 81 ± 7. 63） and physical function（ 47. 49 ± 9. 25） was significantly higher than that of control group,with significant differences between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Behavioral the rapy intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with schizophrenia,improve the social function of patients,and is conducive to rehabilitation of patients.
