品管圈活动降低低分子肝素钠皮下注射瘀血发生率的效果研究

Study on the effect of subcutaneous injection of low-molecular-weight heparin( LMWH)on the incidence of hypodermic injection of low molecular weight heparin

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在降低低分子肝素钠皮下注射淤血发生中效果,提高护理工作质量。方法采用随机对照实验设计,收集2017年3月至6月间,在心内科接受皮下注射低分子肝素的380例患者作为研究组,实施品管圈活动。选择品管圈活动开展前2016年9月至12月间,在心内科接受皮下注射低分子肝素的276例患者作为对照组。研究组按品营圈活动步骤进行护理干预,组建品管圈小组,确立主题,绘制甘特图,调查把握现状,通过头脑风暴法找出3个真因,针对真因提出对策:规范流程,改进注射方法,统一宣教内容,制作书面资料。结果研究组患者皮下淤血的发生率(8.42%)低于对照组(17.02%);全体圈员的6个能力的自我评价均有提高。结论开展品管圈活动,能有效降低低分子肝素钠皮下注射瘀血发生率,有助于护理能力提高,进而提升护理团队的整体素质。

Objective： To explore the effect of QCC activity in reducing the incidence of hypodermic injection of low molecular weight heparin（ LMWH） and to improve the quality of nursing work. Methods： A randomized controlled trial was designed to collect 380 cases of low-molecular-weight heparin from subcutaneous injection in Department of cardiology from March 2017 to June. From September 2016 to December,276 patients receiving subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin in the Department of Cardiology were selected as the control group. The research group carried out nursing intervention according to the product business circle step,the formation of QCC team,establish the theme,Gantt chart,survey to grasp the situation,through brainstorming to find 3 true because,for really due to put forward the Countermeasures： standardize the process,improve the injection method,unified education content,making the written information.Results： The incidence of subcutaneous congestion in the study group（ 8. 42%） was lower than that of the control group（ 17. 02%）,and the self-evaluation of the 6 abilities of all the staff was improved. Conclusion： Quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the incidence of congestion of subcutaneous injection of low molecular heparin sodium,help improve nursing ability,and further improve the overall quality of nursing team.
