目的通过介绍OA系统的工作流的原理、表单和流程设计、流转、查询、监控、超时统计分析、工作委托等主要功能,分析了医院工作流程标准化的需求,结果使医院实行工作流程规范化、标准化的管理,增加了管理工作的公正性与公开性,提高流程运转效率,为主管部门领导管理和决策提供依据。

Objective To introduce the main functions of workflow principle,form and flow design,flow transfer,query,monitoring,timeout statistical analysis,and work entrustment of OA system,analyze the requirements of hospital work flow standardization,and make the hospital implement the work flow standardization and standardization.The management has increased the fairness and openness of management work,improved the efficiency of process operations,and provided the basis for the management and decision-making of the competent department leaders.
