伴中央颞区棘波的儿童良性癫痫与微量元素的关系研究

摘要 目的分析伴中央颞区棘波的儿童良性癫痫与微量元素的相关性,探讨BECT的病因及发病机制。方法选择在本院就诊的45例BECT患儿作为实验组,选择同一时间段来我院体检的儿童50例作为对照组。实验组儿童在首次惊厥发作24 h内给予抗癫痫药治疗前,对照组儿童在健康体检时,均抽取5 ml静脉血置于一次性使用生化采血管,采用BH5300S型钨舟原子吸收光谱仪检测全血微量元素浓度,分析比较两组儿童血清微量元素水平。结果实验组血清锌含量为(6.80±1.93)mmol/L,低于对照组的(8.60±1.07)mmol/L,统计学意义显著(P<0.01)。实验组血清铁含量为(4.20±1.32)mmol/L,低于对照组的(7.40±1.26)mmol/L,统计学意义显著(P<0.01)。实验组血清铜含量为(15.80±2.10)mmol/L,与对照组(16.20±2.44)mmol/L比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 BECT患儿存在微量元素铁、锌减少,为临床工作者进一步研究BECT的病因及发病机制,提供了一个新的靶点。 Objective To analyze the relationship between benign epilepsy and trace elements in children with central temporal spikes,and to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of BECT.Methods 45 BECT children in our hospital were selected as experimental group and 50 children in the same time period as control group.Children in the experimental group were treated with antiepileptic drugs within 24 hours after the first convulsion attack,and the control group children were collected 5 ml venous blood at the time of physical examination and placed in a single use of biochemical blood vessels.The concentration of trace elements in whole blood was determined by BH 5300 S tungsten boat atomic absorption spectrometer,and the serum trace element levels of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The serum zinc concentration in the experimental group was(6.80 ±1.93)mmol/L,which was lower than that in the control group(8.60 ±1.07)mmol/L,with statistical significance(P 〈0.01).The serum iron content in the experimental group was(4.20 ±1.32)mmol/L,which was lower than that in the control group(7.40 ±1.26)mmol/L,with statistical significance(P〈0.01).The serum copper level in the experimental group was(15.80 ±2.10)mmol/L,which was not statistically different from that in the control group(16.20 ±2.44)mmol/L(P〉0.05).Conclusion There is a decrease in trace elements iron and zinc in children with BECT,which provides a new target for clinicians to further study the etiology and pathogenesis of BECT.
