苄星青霉素在HIV感染合并梅毒中的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Benzathine Penicillin in HIV Infection with Syphilis

目的观察苄星青霉素治疗HIV感染合并梅毒临床效果,为临床用药提供参考。方法选取我院2016年8月~2017年11月收治的HIV感染合并梅毒患者50例作为观察组,另外选择同期梅毒患者50例作为参照组,两组患者均行苄星青霉素治疗,观察两组患者滴度血清转阴情况,评价其临床疗效。结果观察组治疗第3、6、9、12个月后有效率分别为80.00%、84.00%、88.00%、92.00%,参照组治疗第3、6、9、12个月后有效率分别为82.00%、86.00%、90.00%、96.00%,组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苄星青霉素治疗HIV感染合并梅毒的效果确切,且与治疗单纯梅毒感染疗效相当。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of benzathine penicillin in the treatment of HIV infection with syphilis and provide reference for clinical drug use.Methods We selected 50 HIV-infected patients with syphilis treated in our hospital from August 2016 to November 2017 as the observation group,and 50 patients with the same period of syphilis were selected as the reference group.Both groups of patients were treated with benzathine penicillin.The titer of serum titration was observed in both groups and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results The effective rates of the observation group after 3,6,9 and 12 months were 80.00%,84.00%,88.00% and 92.00% respectively.After 3,6,9 and 12 months of treatment in the reference group,the effective rates were82.00%,86.00%,90.00% and 96.00%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups（ P 〉0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of benzathine penicillin in the treatment of HIV infection with syphilis is definite,and it is equivalent to the treatment of syphilis infection.
