PCI术后患者院外康复技能教育的研究

摘要 目的探讨院外康复技能教育对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者术后遵医行为及生活质量的影响。方法选择2015年5月~12月我院心血管内科PCI患者100例,按随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组接受常规护理与随访,观察组在对照组基础上给予院外康复技能教育,均于患者出院后第12个月末采用自行设计的《冠心病患者康复技能调查表》及SF-36生存质量量表进行调查,对比分析两组患者遵医行为及生活质量。结果观察组患者心脏康复阶段服药、饮食、运动、戒烟限酒、按时复诊的遵医行为优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者在生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康方面的综合评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病PCI术后患者实施院外康复技能教育,可提高患者的遵医行为及生活质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of out-of-hospital rehabilitation skills education on postoperative compliance behavior and quality of life in patients undergoing percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention. Methods A total of 100 patients with cardiovascular disease in our hospital from May to December 2015 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care and follow-up.The observation group provided out-of-hospital rehabilitation skills education on the basis of the control group.At the end of the 12 th month after discharge from the hospital,the self-designed "Rehabilitation Skills for Coronary Heart Disease Patients" and the SF-36 Quality of Life Scale were used to investigate and compare the behaviors and quality of life of the two groups. Results In the observation group,the compliance behaviors of medication,diet,exercise,smoking cessation and alcohol restriction,and timely follow-up were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05).The comprehensive scores of physiological function,physical pain,general health,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05).Conclusion The implementation of out-of-hospital rehabilitation skills education for patients with coronary heart disease after PCI can improve the patient's compliance behavior and quality of life.
