摘要
目的:为了解南通市卫生科技及人才发展状况,提出促进医疗卫生事业发展的相应对策。方法:对南通市2017年各级各类医疗卫生机构的床位数、卫生科技、专科建设及卫生技术人员情况进行全面调查,并找出存在的主要问题。结果:全市共有各级卫生机构3 585个,床位39 147张,卫生技术人员43 570人,其中执业(助理)医师17 967人、注册护士18 187人。按常住人口统计,全市每千人口拥有卫生技术人员5.97人、执业医师2.46人、注册护士2.49人;获各级奖励的卫生科技项目140项;省级以上重点专科30个。但在发展的数量和质量上落后于江苏省的南京、苏州、无锡等地区。结论:南通市应加大人才和科技的投入、建立人才激励机制、注重提升人才素质、完善人才引进政策,促进南通市医疗卫生事业的发展和科技创新能力的增强,以满足人民群众日益增长的健康需求。
Objective:In order to comprehend the developing situation of the health science and technology talents in Nantong,the corresponding countermeasures to develop and to promote the cause of the healthy and medical treatment are put forward.Method:conduct an all-round investigation into the conditions of the bed amount,health technology,the establishment of the special department and the conditions of the health staff of all kinds and all levels of the medical and health structures of Nantong in 2016 tofind out the main problems.Result:In all of the City,there are 3,585 health institutes of all levels,39,147 beds,43,570 health technological staff,among whom 17,967 are professional(assistant)doctors,and 18,187 are registered nurses.According to the number of inhabitants,among every one thousand permanent residences,there are 5.97 health technologists,2.46 professional doctors,2.49 registered nurses.Also,there are 140 healthy scientific and technology items are rewarded of different levels,and 30 key department above provincial level.Nevertheless,the quality and quantity of the development is way far behind Suzhou and Wuxi,etc.Conclusion:The Municipal Government of Nantong should invest much in talent and science and technology,establish the encouraging mechanism of talents,pay attention to perfect the policy of talent introduction,promote the health and medical treatment development,and strengthen the innovative technical creative capability to meet the health needsincreasing day by day of the people.
