摘要
目的:通过案例分析研究住院医师规范化培训协同单位开展住院医师规范化培训的现状,为卫生行政部门进一步规范协同单位建设与管理提供依据。方法:选取宿迁市3家协同单位为研究对象,对医院主管培训的行政管理人员进行访谈,对专业基地负责人(科主任)和住院医师进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:协同单位的专业基地基本达到基地认定标准,但是师资培训率低,组织管理缺乏针对性,基地之间缺乏联动性,资金支持渠道单一。结论:协同单位具备开展住院医师培训的基本条件,在以往的培训中取得了一些成绩,但也存在一些亟待解决的问题。
Objective:Through case studies of current situation of resident standardized training in cooperative units,the results will provide evidence for Health Administrative Departments to further regulate the construction and management of resident standardized training cooperative units.Methods:Selected 3 Suqian cooperative hospital for the study,interviewed directors of training for the hospital administrative staff,gave out questionnaires to people in charge of training,the survey results were analyzed.Results:the training base of cooperative units basically reached standard,but teacher training rate is low,management and organization are not specialized enough,the link between the bases is weak and financial support channel is limited.Conclusion:Cooperative units have basic conditions for carrying out the medical residency training,and have achieved some success in the past,but there are still some problems to be solved.
