摘要
液压系统中容积损失和机械损失等导致液压油温的升高,会影响着装载机工作的稳定和效率,除了液压油箱和元辅件表面散热外需设立专液压油散热冷却装置完成,介绍利用目前装载机上常用的液压系统散热形式,以某装载机为例,讨论在其上的设计计算,和相关的试验验证。
The increase of hydraulic oil temperature in hydraulic system, such as volume loss and mechanical loss, will affect the stability and efficiency of the loader. in addition to the hydraulic oil tank and the surface heat dissipation of component parts, a special hydraulic oil cooling and cooling device is set up, and the heat dissipation form of the hydraulic system commonly used on loaders is introduced. taking a loader as an example,the design calculation and relevant test verification are discussed.
