某型机电动液压泵控制改进研究

摘要 根据某型机液压系统工作原理并参考国外先进机型液压源设置,通过引入主系统低压控制信号^([1-2])实现电动液压泵的自动启动^([3]);同时,采用电磁活门^([4-5])与延时控制技术^([6-7])实现电动液压泵输出的油液自动送入主系统以及电动液压泵的自动关断,确保主系统低压时下游子系统能够获得稳定的压力源,从而可以有效避免重大不安全事件的发生,大幅度提高飞机的安全运营水平,对有效提升该型飞机的市场竞争力和长远发展具有重大意义大。该研究成果已推广应用到该型机其他系列飞机上。 According to the system operating principle of certain aircraft and the hydraulic power setting of foreign advanced aircraft, the electric-motor hydraulic pump is started automatically by introducing a low pressure controlling signal of the main system, Meanwhile adopting a solenoid valve and the delay control technique realize fluid of the electric-motor hydraulic pump output sent into the main system and closed automatically of the electric-motor hydraulic pump, it ensures to obtain stable the hydraulic power while the main system is low pressure; thereby,it can effectively avoid to happen major unsafe incidents, large improve security operation level of the aircraft, It is of great significance for effective improvement market competition and long-term development of the aircraft. The research results already be applied to the other aircraft.
