一种耐高温海水基速溶压裂液体系研究 被引量:3

The study on seawater base instant fracturing fluid with high temperature resistance

摘要 研发出一种速溶、可用海水直接配液,耐温达135℃的压裂液体系。文章研究发现该稠化剂溶解5 min时黏度释放率即可达90%以上,经检测该体系冻胶的剪切稳定性、耐温性、滤失性、破胶性等系列性能均满足行业标准要求。文章还研究了该体系在大流量条件下连续配液能力,考察了体系对连续配液设备的适应性。 A kind of instant fracturing fluid system was developed, prepared directly from seawater while resisting temperature as high as 135 ℃. We found viscosity release rate of the thickener could reach as high as 90 % when it was dissolved by 5 minutes, and performances of gel meet requirements of industrial standard, such as resistance to shearing stability, heat resistance, filtration resistance and gel breaking property. Large flow continuous distribution of the system was studied to check its adaptation to equipment.
