本文结合苏北油区地质构造,统计分析近年钻完井施工情况及钻井施工遇到的问题,依靠改进钻井液配方、提高钻井液浓度、优选钻头、加强现场管理等手段,通过集成配套技术,努力减少起下钻次数,提高钻井速度,探索适合该区块提高钻速的综合方法及措施,为后续钻井施工作业提供一定的指导意见。

In this paper, based on the geological structure of the northern Jiangsu oil area,the construction situation of drilling and completion in recent years and the problems encountered in the drilling construction. In order to improve the formula of drilling fluid, improve the concentration of drilling fluid, optimize the drill bit and strengthen the field management. Through integrated matching technology, make an effort to reduce the drilling times, improve the drilling speed. Explore comprehensive methods and measures for improving drilling speed in this block. This will provide some guidance for subsequent drilling operation.
