摘要
借助聚结分离技术对不同来源的硝酸异辛酯进行了脱水实验,通过脱水前后产品水分、酸度变化对聚结过滤的脱水效果进行评价,并对硝酸异辛酯生产采用聚结过滤脱水工艺可行性进行评判。结果表明,聚结过滤工艺可快速降低硝酸异辛酯水分,简化工艺,缩短生产周期。受酸度测定方法限制,聚结过滤工艺产品水含量低酸度返高,需与其他抑制酸度增加的工艺结合即可实现显著的脱水干燥目的。
The dehydration test of isooctyl nitrate from different sources was carried out with the help of coalescence separation technology. The dehydration effect of the coalescence filtration was evaluated by the change of moisture and acidity of the product before and after dehydration,the feasibility of polycondensation filtration process was also evaluated. The results showed that the coalescing filtration process could quickly reduce the moisture content of isooctyl nitrate, simplify the process and shorten the production cycle. The low acidity of water content of the product of coalescence filtration process was becoming high due to the restriction of acidity determination methodology. It was necessary to combine with other techniques of inhibiting the increase of acidity to achieve significant dehydration and drying purposes.
