青少年自我同一性对职业生涯规划教育的启示

摘要 为了提出符合青少年身心发展的职业生涯规划教育策略以进一步完善青少年职业生涯规划的教育模式,以青少年自我身心发展的特点为主要视角,通过对青少年自我同一性发展的特点及其影响因素进行分析,将其与青少年职业生涯规划教育进行结合,从主观和客观两个因素探讨其对适宜青少年身心发展的职业生涯规划教育启示:(1)教育理念需引导青少年客观权衡职业目标与现实,并培养青少年对职业目标的心理弹性和认知成熟度;(2)教育实施需充分发挥父母与朋辈群体对青少年职业生涯规划的影响。 In order to propose educational strategies that are consistent with the physical and mental development of adolescents in order to further improve the education model for the career planning of adolescents,this paper takes the characteristics of the physical and mental development of the young people as the main perspective,and analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of the development of adolescents' self-identity,combine it with the education of adolescent career planning,and explore the implications of its career planning education for young people's physical and mental development from both subjective and objective factors:( 1) Educational ideas need to guide young people to objectively weigh career goals and realities,and cultivate the psychological flexibility and cognitive maturity of the adolescents for career goals;( 2) The implementation of education needs to give full play to the influence of parents and peer groups on the career planning of young people.
