摘要
以上海核心城区轨道交通车站站域的商业空间为对象,选取10个样本站域初步量化分析其多层面的空间分布特征。同时结合微区位价值和承租能力研究站域功能空间的多层面竞租曲线及对商业分布的影响,并提出站域商业空间规划的初步建议。
Taking the metro station commercial space in the core areas of Shanghai as the research target, 10 samples are collected for a preliminary quantitative analysis of the multi-layered distribution characters surrounding the metro station. Then, by focusing on the micro location value and the ability of renters, the influence of multi-layered bid rent curve on station commercial space distribution is studied, advices for the commercial space planning surrounding metro station are proposed.
