摘要
针对盾构穿越上软下硬复合地层的施工技术展开研究。在盾构机到达前,于试验区段采用深孔爆破对基岩进行预处理,结合路面注浆封孔技术及变形精细化控制技术,调整优化爆破参数及掘进参数,使得隧道限界内基岩爆破后的块度满足盾构施工要求,然后进行大范围的爆破推进施工,最终保证了盾构机顺利、快速地通过该区域,大大缩短了工期。深孔爆破预处理技术的社会及经济效益显著,可为类似工程施工提供参考。
The shield tunneling technique in complex strata with soft upper and hard lower grounds is researched. Before the arrival of shield machine, the pre-treating technique for deep hole blasting of bedrock protrusions is adopted in the testing section. Then, combined with road surface grouting sealing and deformation fine control technologies, the blasting and driving parameters are adjusted and optimized, to keep the block size meeting the shield tunneling requirements after the blasting of bedrock in tunnel boundary, and carry out the following large-scale blasting and propelling construction. This pre-treating technique ensures good performance of the shield machine in passing through working areas, shortens the construction period and increases the socio-economic benefits accordingly.
