On Emergency Disposal of OCS Suspended Foreign Matters on Elevated Metro Line

对地铁高架段接触网悬挂异物进行了风险分析。以西安地铁3号线为例,总结以往在异物处置方面存在的问题和关键点,并根据现场的实际异物类型、异物发生的地点、车站人员配置以及地铁行车组织情况等提出了具体处置方案。以流程图的形式反映出整个接触网悬挂异物应急处置过程。可为其他高架段接触网的异物处置提供参考。

The risks of OCS foreign matters on elevated metro line are analyzed. Based on Xi′an metro Line 3, the problems and key points in the disposal of OCS foreign matters in the past are summarized, concrete solutions for differentl foreign matters on the spot, the location of foreign matters, the staff disposition and the traffic organization situation are proposed. Then, a form of flow chart is used to reflect the whole emergency disposal process, which can provide a reference for OCS foreign matter disposal on other elevated metro lines.
