我军传统卫勤指挥训练偏重勤务流程和方法讲授,与作战指挥缺乏内容、方法、程序与手段的融合,基于自研的"陆军合同战术卫勤兵棋推演系统",开设《陆军合同战术卫勤组织指挥》课程,面向我军卫勤指挥员,首次构建"学""研""谋""推"四字卫勤指挥教学策略,按照"卫勤筹划-指挥推演-总结裁评"三个阶段组织实施推演训练,目标是提高卫勤指挥员筹划能力和临机决策能力。

The traditional military medical command training emphasizes the logistics process and methods,lacks the integration of content,methods,procedures and means with operational command. We carry out the course Medical service organization and command in Army contract warfare based on self-developed War game system of Medical service in Army contract warfare. We construct the teaching strategy of ＂learning＂,＂researching＂,＂planning＂and ＂pushing＂facing the commander of our military medical service for the first time. Then organize and implement the simulation training to improve the planning ability and decision-making ability of medical service commanders according to the three stages of ＂medical service planning-command extrapolation-summary and evaluation＂.
