自媒体时代语言创意产业失范问题及现状分析 被引量:1

About the Anomie of Language Creative Industry in We Media Era and the Perfection of Laws and Regulations on Internet Language Use

摘要 自媒体的兴起带动了我国语言产业的发展,作为新的风口,自媒体语言创意产业汇集了大量资本,但同时也造成相关行业的野蛮生长。自媒体时代语言创意产业的失范问题反映的是我国现阶段互联网环境中语言生长的无序、对新兴语言产业的忽视以及相关法律法规制度的不健全。本文通过对比国内外语言相关的网络法律法规,认为应结合我国实际,借鉴国外经验,将互联网语言纳入监管,重视并规范自媒体语言产业,在语言环境、网络用户、规范内容和违法违规处理方面进一步细化和强化。 The development of"We Media"has motivated the language industry of China. As a new target for investment, the language creative industry in the era of We Media has absorbed a huge number of capital, but it also caused an uncontrolled growth of its related vocations and violations of laws and regulations, which reflects the chaos of language growth, the neglect of new-born language industry and imperfection of laws. In this paper, we made an analysis of problems of language use in the creative language industry in We Media era and compared Chinese related laws and regulations with other countries', and raised suggestions for the laws and regulations of language use on internet from the aspects of language environment, net users, contents and punishments.
