本文对教学用反应釜模型控制系统进行设计,分析了工艺过程与控制要求。设计了DCS系统的硬件。以液位流量串级控制为例介绍了组态设计。

In this paper, the reactor control system is designed, and the process and control requirements are analyzed. The hardware of the DCS system is designed. Taking the cascade control of liquid level flow as an example, the configuration design is introduced.
