摘要
在我国机械手的发展越来越受到社会的关注,机械手取代人力的趋势日渐明显,机械手控制系统的研究和教学被许多高校关注,然而受实验室设备和场地的限制,在校大学生很难获得更多的实验机会。因此,这里给出一种基于组态王和PLC的机械手控制系统设计方案,可有效解决实验条件不足的问题,帮助在校学生更好地理解学习机械手控制过程。实践表明,该方案可以取得很好的研究、学习效果。
The development of manipulators in our country is getting more and more attention from the society. The trend of manipulators replacing manpower is becoming more and more obvious. The research and teaching of the manipulator control system has been focused on by many colleges and universities. However, it is difficult for university students to be limited by laboratory equipment and venues. Get more experimental opportunities.Therefore, here is a design scheme based on the Kingview and PLC robot control system, which can effectively solve the problem of insufficient experimental conditions to help students in school to better understand the process of learning the robot control. Practice shows that the program can achieve good research and learning results.
