摘要
本文主要介绍了PLC技术在一种针对小压力工艺的COG邦定设备上的应用,首先描述了设备的主要结构和工作原理,然后研究了基于PLC技术的控制系统方案,包括硬件与软件设计,以及在小压力控制方面的应用,最后讨论了提升设备精度的方向和关键技术。
The paper introduces the application of PLC technology in a COG bonding machine with small pressure. Firstly, it describes the main structure and operating principle. Secondly, it researches on the control system project which concludes design of hardware and software, and its application of small pressure control based on PLC technology. The direction and key technologies for improving the precision of equipment are discussed at last.
