文章以推动我国广电行业发展为前提,针对广电网络工程项目管理工作,对其展开了概述,分析了存在的局限性与基本选型问题,阐述了网络工程项目管理系统设计与推广落实,目的在于提高网络工程项目管理水平。

In order to promote the development of China＇s Radio and television industry, this paper gives an overview of the project management of radio and television network engineering, analyzes its limitations and basic selection problems, and expounds the design and promotion of the network engineering project management system, aiming at improving the management level of network engineering projects.
