摘要
针对金属3D打印技术在航空零件上应用的问题,本文提出了一种多线结构光单目视觉测量系统的快速标定方法在3D打印中的应用。金属3D打印技术在现代工业中具有非常重要的作用,但是在打印的过程中由于金属熔化而造成工件变形。该方法可以同时完成多个线结构光的标定,不必每一个线结构光单独标定,从而实现相机与线结构光的快速标定,便于随时检测金属工件的形状。
In view of the application of metal 3 D printing technology in aerospace parts, this paper presents a new method of rapid calibration of multi-line structured light monocular vision measurement system in 3 D printing. Metal 3 D printing technology has a very important role in modern industry, but the workpiece is deformed due to metal melting during the printing process. The method can complete the calibration of a plurality of line structure lights at the same time, and does not need to calibrate each line structure light separately, thus realizing the rapid calibration of the camera and line structure light, and facilitating the detection of the shape of the metal workpiece at any time.
