依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭效果分析

Effect of enalapril combined with metoprolol on chronic heart failure

目的:对依那普利联合美托洛尔对于慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的临床疗效进行分析。方法:将180例CHF患者作为研究对象,利用随机数字法将其分为研究组与对照组各90例。给予研究组依那普利+美托洛尔治疗,给予对照组依那普利单药治疗,共计治疗3个月。结果:与对照组比较,研究组CHF患者的血压及心率均显著改善,左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)明显减低、射血分数(LVEF)显著加大,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于CHF患者,临床给予依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗,临床效果安全、有效。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of enalapril combined with metoprolol in patients with chronic heart failure（ CHF）. Method 180 patients with CHF were selected as the reasearch object and divided into study group and control group by random number method. The study group was treated with enalapril and metoprolol in the study group,and the control group was treated with enalapril in the control group for a total of 3 months. Results Comparing with the control group,the blood pressure and heart rate of the CHF patientsin in the study group were significantly improved,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter decreased and the ejection fraction increased significantly. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion For patients with CHF,enalapril combined with metoprolol is safe and effective.
