综合吞咽训练对卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效观察

Effectiveness of comprehensive swallowing training on aglutition after stroke

目的:探讨综合吞咽训练对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效。方法:选择脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者56例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各28例,对照组进行常规药物治疗,并予单纯Vital Stim吞咽障碍治疗仪治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上进行综合吞咽训练。两组患者治疗前后分别予饮水试验和吞咽障碍等级评定。结果:两组患者治疗前后比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合吞咽训练治疗卒中后吞咽障碍疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate effectiveness of comprehensive swallowing training on aglutition after stroke.Method 56 cases of dysphagia after stroke were selected as the research object and divided into the treatment group and control group randomly. 28 cases in each group. Patients in control group received conventional drug therapya and Vitalstim electrostimulation treatment and others in treatment group received comprehensive swallowing training based on the control group. Drinking test and dysphagia assessment were performed before and after treatment. Results The two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive swallowing training is remarkably effective to recovery in swallowing for patients after stroke,being worthy of clinical application.
